Shipping & Collection Policy

This policy applies to physical products and completed workshop artworks supplied by Tuft & Craft through tuftncraft.shop.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver throughout Australia. If another destination is available, it will be shown as an option at checkout.

Order processing

Physical product orders are normally dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in New South Wales.

Dispatch may take longer during major promotions, collection launches, public holidays or unusually busy periods. If a material delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.

Shipping charges

Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Orders of eligible physical products over AUD $150 receive free standard delivery within Australia unless an exclusion is clearly shown before purchase.

Delivery times and tracking

Delivery time begins after dispatch and is separate from the 3–7 business-day processing period. Carrier delivery times vary by destination and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or phone number provided with the order. Carrier delays caused by weather, transport disruption or other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact hello@tuftncraft.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete or could not be accessed, additional delivery charges may apply before it is sent again.

Damaged, missing or delayed parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the external packaging and product and contact hello@tuftncraft.com with your order number as soon as reasonably possible.

If tracking shows a delivery problem or the parcel is materially overdue, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Studio collection

Where studio collection is offered, wait until you receive confirmation that the order or artwork is ready. Collection is from:

Completed workshop artworks

Some workshop pieces require finishing, adhesive drying and backing after the session. We will notify you when the artwork is ready for collection.

Postage for a completed workshop artwork is available within Australia for a flat rate of AUD $28 unless a different amount is agreed or displayed at checkout. Oversized or unusually heavy artworks may require a separate delivery quote, which will be confirmed before shipment.
