Yes. The 60×60 cm workshop is designed for complete beginners who want more design space than the smallest class. The 3–4 hour session includes a clear demonstration, all materials and guidance throughout.

Your $160 booking includes one 60×60 cm rug project, use of a tufting gun and frame, yarn, core materials, guided instruction, gluing and professional backing.

Should I choose 50×50, 60×60 or 70×70 cm?

Choose 50×50 cm for the easiest and shortest first project, 60×60 cm for a balanced amount of creative room, or 70×70 cm for the most space and our complete Workshop 101 experience.

Can two people share one 60×60 cm rug?

Yes. Two people may share one rug project. Book one project per person if everyone wants to make and keep their own rug.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. You can change or cancel your workshop up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Where is the workshop?

Tuft & Craft is at Shop 1, 49 Regent Street, Chippendale NSW 2008, within walking distance of Central Station.

After your workshop

Can I take my rug home immediately?

Yes, if requested in advance. Otherwise, we professionally glue and back your rug, which usually takes around two days before collection. Postage is available for $28.

What age is the workshop suitable for?

The beginner workshop is recommended for ages 10 and over. A responsible adult should accompany younger participants where required.
